We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

• Sizing or style preferences

• Buyer remorse

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to request a cancellation shortly after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if work on your order has not yet started.
